A few years ago my daughter told me, "You should call yourself The Motivator. That's what you are Ma!" Thank you Josca. A kind word to your parents is worth more than anything money could ever buy. I promise you! -The Motivator

Everyone has gifts and their own God given purpose. Some people are introverted, others extroverts. Some are outspoken and have the boldness to share while others prefer to listen rather than ever speak out. We must stop putting people down for being who they are. This is a great big beautiful, crazy and unpredictable world in which we live. It takes all types to make it up. I take great joy in sharing with others. I take great joy in seeing others make decisions that can change the course of their lives for the better. It is always my intention to "speak the truth in love." You ask who gives the authority? God did. He gave it when he gave me the gifts of discernment, compassion and understanding. People are critiquing people so much. I suspect sometimes when they say something that "comes up your street" it may be harder to read and digest. Being offended stunts your growth. Open your mind and take it. Grow up. Think about what is being said and how it can be applied to you before you become defensive and afraid to change. Some are just too young to be, "stuck in your ways." Consider that something is being written to help make you better before you jump and become bitter. I am going to keep on doing what I am created to do and most importantly, do it in love. I am thankful to understand that everything someone says is not about me. I also understand that some things are for me and exactly what I need to hear whether I want to hear it or not. I will keep on motivating, encouraging and sharing parts of my life that may help someone else along their journey. Maybe it is not your purpose but it is surely a huge part of mine. Be BLESSED EVERYONE! With love in your heart, you need to know what you and others are called to do and accept it as a gift. One day I accepted me and all the beauty inside that is me. It finally began to no longer matter what anyone thinks of me. I am focused on my purpose. -The Motivator
When your Mother dies, it is like losing a part of you. It is like my Mom's death has often totally separated my mind from my body and allows me to look around...I feel like I literally step outside of my body and see life from a different perspective. You need space and time to recollect your heart and your mind when your MOTHER dies, the one whose birth canal you came through...that's deep... you need a time, space, place to express yourself in order to really move on... I believe that it is time for me to tune in to my TRUE self without being defensive, offended and in my feelings...it is my time to learn me apart from the one who gave birth to me, while understanding what she was assigned to teach me.
THANK YOU for visiting my blog. Check back weekly for more motivational postings. Please do not hesitate to invite me to speak at your special events! I look forward to motivating and educating.
